Peer Review Policy

The Journal of International Network Center for Fundamental and Applied Research follows a structured peer-review process to ensure the academic quality, originality, relevance, and integrity of the research it publishes. All submitted manuscripts are first assessed by the editorial team to determine whether they fall within the scope of the journal and meet the basic requirements for scholarly publication.

Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial assessment are sent to qualified reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on factors including originality, significance of the research, clarity of objectives, appropriateness of the methodology or analytical approach, quality of evidence, discussion of findings, and contribution to existing knowledge.

The journal generally follows a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from one another to the extent practicable. Reviewers are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the manuscripts they receive and must not use unpublished information for personal or professional advantage.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the editor's assessment, a manuscript may be accepted, accepted subject to revision, returned for major revision, or rejected. Where revisions are requested, authors may be required to respond to reviewer comments and submit a revised version for further evaluation. The final publication decision rests with the journal's editorial team.

The journal expects reviewers to declare any potential conflict of interest before undertaking a review. Reviewers who have a personal, professional, financial, or other relationship with the authors or research that could affect their impartiality should decline the review assignment.

The journal is committed to maintaining fairness, confidentiality, academic integrity, and independence throughout the peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based on the scholarly merits of the manuscript and are not influenced by the author's nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, religion, political views, or other personal characteristics.

In cases involving allegations of plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, authorship disputes, or other forms of publication misconduct, the journal may suspend the review or publication process and undertake appropriate investigation in accordance with accepted principles of publication ethics.
