Author Guidelines

The Journal of International Network Center for Fundamental and Applied Research (E-ISSN: 2413-7588) welcomes original research articles, review papers, theoretical and conceptual studies, and other scholarly contributions within the broad fields of fundamental and applied research. The journal encourages interdisciplinary research and manuscripts that make a meaningful contribution to academic knowledge, theory, methodology, or practice.

Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original and should not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript is written clearly and follows accepted academic standards. Submissions should contain a concise and informative title, author name(s), institutional affiliation(s), corresponding author's email address, abstract, keywords, main text, references, and any tables or figures relevant to the study.

Manuscript Preparation

The manuscript should be prepared in a clear and consistent academic format. The abstract should provide a concise overview of the research objectives, methodology or analytical approach, principal findings, and conclusions. Authors should provide approximately 4–8 keywords that accurately represent the subject of the manuscript. Research articles should present a logical progression from the introduction and research problem through the methodology or analytical framework, results or discussion, and conclusion. The structure may be adapted according to the discipline and nature of the research.

Tables and Figures

Tables, figures, charts, photographs, maps, and other illustrations should be appropriately numbered and clearly identified in the manuscript. Each table or figure should have a descriptive title or caption and should be referred to in the text. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for the reproduction of copyrighted material where such permission is required.

References and Citations

All sources cited in the manuscript must be accurately referenced, and all works appearing in the reference list must be cited in the text. Authors should provide complete bibliographic information and DOI details where available. A consistent academic referencing style must be maintained throughout the manuscript, with particular attention to the accuracy of author names, publication years, titles, page numbers, and electronic identifiers.

Originality and Academic Integrity

The journal maintains a strict policy against plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, and other forms of academic misconduct. Submitted manuscripts may be checked for plagiarism or substantial textual similarity. Authors must properly acknowledge the work and ideas of other researchers and must ensure that all data, quotations, sources, and references are presented accurately. Manuscripts containing significant plagiarism or other forms of misconduct may be rejected.

Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a meaningful contribution to the conception, research, analysis, interpretation, or preparation of the manuscript. All listed authors must have approved the final version and agreed to its submission. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the journal and for confirming that all authors have approved the submitted manuscript.

Ethical Considerations

Authors must conduct their research in accordance with applicable ethical standards. Where research involves human participants, personal information, confidential data, or other ethically sensitive material, appropriate ethical approval and informed consent should be obtained where applicable. Authors should also disclose any financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence or appear to influence the research.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Authors may use artificial intelligence tools for limited purposes such as language editing, proofreading, translation, formatting, or other non-substantive assistance. AI tools must not be used to fabricate or manipulate data, generate false references, or create misleading research findings. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scholarly content of their manuscripts. Artificial intelligence tools cannot be listed as authors.

Peer Review

All manuscripts are subject to an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability, originality, academic quality, and compliance with the journal's scope and requirements. Manuscripts considered suitable may be sent for peer review by qualified specialists. Editorial decisions are based on the quality, originality, relevance, methodological or analytical soundness, and overall scholarly contribution of the manuscript.

Revision and Publication

Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in response to editorial or reviewer comments. Revised manuscripts should address the comments carefully and incorporate appropriate corrections or explanations. Authors should also carefully review the final proofs before publication and notify the editorial office of any substantive errors.

Copyright and Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts do not infringe the copyright, privacy, or other rights of third parties. Authors should obtain the necessary permissions for copyrighted material included in their manuscripts. The opinions, interpretations, findings, and conclusions expressed in published articles remain the responsibility of the authors.

Submission Declaration

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, is not under consideration by another journal, and has been approved by all authors. Authors also confirm that the manuscript complies with applicable ethical and academic standards and that all relevant sources and contributions have been appropriately acknowledged.
