Abstract:
The natural and geographical conditions significantly differing in these or those regions of so extensive country as Russia, already from an extreme antiquity had the defining impact on receptions of a house building and typology of the Russian housing. As the famous expert on the Russian village wrote, the academician L.V. Milov, a construction stone in the country was very little and "in the conditions of severe and long winter the stone structure would demand so large number of firewood that to prepare it to the peasant, using only one axe" (hand saws began to get occasionally into life of the Russian village only approximately in the second half of the XVIII century)" was beyond the power simply". The only alternative to a stone in the sphere of a house building there was a tree. [1] But if the told fairly concerning the central and northern territories of Russia rich with the wood, the southern regions of our country couldn't be called woody in any way and therefore the most widespread construction materials here long since were clay, poles, brushwood, a cane.

Abstract:
The great bend of the Don became a place of decisive battles between the Red Army and the Wehrmacht in 1942-1943. The organization and technical equipping on the theater of operations required an enormous effort from the government, army and front-line population. The miscalculations in the construction of defensive lines led to large losses of Soviet troops’ personnel and equipment during the Wehrmacht offensive in the big bend of the Don in summer 1942.

Abstract:
The article deals with the post-war government’s measures to stabilize the financial system of the USSR through the response of Soviet citizens at the monetary reform in 1947 and the abolition of the card system. On the basis of archival materials studied the appraisal of the population at the post-war Soviet events of everyday life in the field of finance. The reform was eliminate the consequences of the Second World War in the field of monetary, completely withdrawing from circulation counterfeit money. By reducing the amount of cash of the population, have not succeeded in eliminating disproportion between demand and supply. The post-war reality brought about changes in the mood of citizens. The disparity between reality and expectations could not be displayed on the mood of citizens, and led to the peculiar practice of the post-war existence. Published sources can be useful to historians who engaged in research of social-minded citizens of the Soviet period and the post-war Soviet everyday life.

Abstract:
Hermeneutic Analysis of Cultural Context is a study of the process of interpretation of media texts, cultural and historical factors influencing the viewpoint agencies / media text and the author's point of view on the audience. Hermeneutical analysis suggests a media text comprehension through comparison with cultural tradition and reality; penetration into the logic of media texts; analysis skills through comparison of artistic images in the historical and cultural context. Thus, the system is subject to analysis media and its operation in society, human interaction, language, and media using. For the purposes of media education in this case stand out: the creation of a culture of interaction with the media, the development of the perception of different types of information, skills analysis and interpretation of media texts, the formation of critical thinking, creativity in the field of media. This article presented the main directions for Hermeneutic Analysis of Cultural Context on media literacy education classes for student audience, including the examples of creative problems and issues associated with this type of the analysis in the context of media literacy education problems, ie based on six key concepts of media literacy education: agency, category, language, technology, audience, representation. The author supposes that the Hermeneutic Analysis of Cultural Context of media texts on media literacy education classes can significantly develop media competence of students, including critical thinking.
