Journal of International Network Center for Fundamental and Applied Research, 2015, Vol. (3), Is. 1, pp. 34-42.
DOI: 10.13187/jincfar.2015.3.34CrossRef

Abstract:
The article describes the method of not-transitive theory of preferences. The concepts of method present themselves the primary use of binary logic and subsequent use of three-valued logic. The article shows the difference between the meanings of polysemous term "preference". The method allows the processing of inconsistent information, which is not considered in two-valued logic. The method permits the processing of information about objects, for which parts the condition of transitivity is disrupted. The article explains the concept of the triangle of conflict and the triangle of coherence. The article shows that the application of the method extends the range of alternatives. The method does not require the axiom of transitivity that is necessary for the methods of the current theory of preferences.
